"As a graduate trainee teacher at Chelmsford College, I was given an experience of a teaching role whilst developing my skills and the opportunity to find the curriculum area that suited me. The position gave me the platform to create from a learning support assistant to the programme unit coordinator in the college's Specialist Provision. As a graduate, I completed the initial teacher training that helped me qualify as a teacher in further education, focusing on SEND."
