|Description|| Chelmsford College is looking to appoint an Industrial Work Placement Adviser to support academic areas across the college.
This post is part of an exciting development within the college in preparation for the roll out of the new T level qualifications which will be starting in September 2022.
The successful candidate will be based mainly on site, working across both campuses to support our full time students in securing appropriate industrial work placements with local employers whilst ensuring the placements adhere to contractual requirements and administration processes.
This post will also require the successful candidate to have a proven track record of lead generation and partnership work with employers in a similar field. Alongside this they must be able to support young people by helping them find their placements and ensuring they are fully prepared with the skills to allow them to enter into the workplace. The candidate will need to demonstrate excellent IT and administration skills as this is also key to the success of this role.
The candidate must also have a full driving licence and own transport as employer work place visits form part of the role.
